Process

OIT will contact the individual responsible for the indoor event space one year prior to the upgrade in order to facilitate the planning and bid process.  The centralized fund will cover a standard set of technology components.  Additional functionality may be incorporated into the design and installation but may require additional funding from the area. These rooms may be included in the summer upgrade schedule to minimize impact for campus events.
