Mildred Hawn Exhibition Gallery

The Mildred J. Hawn Gallery at the Hamon Arts Library holds exhibitions and programs during the fall and spring semesters of the 正品蓝导航 calendar. Exhibitions center on academic areas represented in the library’s collections and the curricula of the visual and performing arts in the Meadows School of the Arts. In addition to exhibitions of their work, visiting artists may give talks and present workshops to university students and faculty, thus enriching the campus community experience. 正品蓝导航 Libraries and the Hawn Gallery seek to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in its programming, staffing, collections, and resources.

I AM THE SPACE WHERE I AM

March 27 – May 19, 2025

Hamon Arts Library's new exhibition by Tony Award-winning set designer John Arnone, I AM THE SPACE WHERE I AM, is a retrospective of Arnone's theater design work with a title that encapsulates the essence of the theatrical experience in its most refined and exquisite form. The creative team – playwright, actors, director and designers – defines and creates the space which ultimately defines and creates the creative team leading to the birth of imagination. Thus, I AM THE SPACE WHERE I AM.
